Delivery Information

What are the delivery prices?

Delivery fees are calculated according to the weight of the product and the type of product.

1. Free Delivery for Orders Above 10,000 Yen:

   • Delivery to all prefectures (except Okinawa) is free for orders totaling more than 10,000 yen, but only for dry products.

2. Delivery for Orders Less Than 10,000 Yen:

   • If the amount of dry goods in the shopping basket is less than 10,000 yen, the delivery fee will be calculated based on the prices in the table below.

3. Mixed Product Orders:

   • If the order includes both dry and chilled products, the delivery fee is calculated based on the combined prices of the table below (クール便 prices).
   • If the order contains dry, chilled, and frozen products, the delivery will be divided into two boxes: one for dry and chilled products, and another for frozen products. In this case, the delivery fee will be calculated at two separate (クール便) prices depending on the weight.

Examples for Easier Understanding:

1. Dry Product Orders Above 10,000 Yen:

   • Delivery is free (except for Okinawa).

2. Mixed Dry and Chilled Products:

   • Delivery fee is calculated based on the combined (クール便) prices.

3. Mixed Dry, Chilled, and Frozen Products:

   • Delivery fee is calculated based on the double (クール便) prices due to the division into two boxes.
